For over 35 years, my goal in Real Estate has been to provide my clients with knowledgeable, honest and enjoyable guidance in the purchase or sale of their home. In my younger days, I was the recipient of biased advice, so I know there is a need for someone who will put your interests first. Hundreds of real estate sales, a strong residential investment background (I've owned many investment properties and helped dozens of investors buy and sell), experience in building and rehabbing properties, and a strong interest in architecture all add to the quality of the advice I can give. For sellers, guidance to determine which improvements or repairs will effectively and economically enhance the sale is essential. For buyers, knowing what realistic improvements can be done to a property after purchase can turn a questionable property into a winner. This diverse background, combined with an historic perspective of the market and client-oriented attitude, helps me to provide the best service possible to buyers and sellers.
